Lazanky are the Ukrainian interpretation of Italian dish lasagna.
- 400 g of flour
- 1 glass of milk
- 3 eggs
- 4-5 apples
- 30-50 g of dairy butter
- 3-4 tbsp of sunflower oil
- sugar – to taste
- salt – to taste
Whip milk with 1 egg, add flour and knead dough. Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut it into pieces with the form of little rhombs or rectangles.
Dip the pieces of dough in salted boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then transfer them to a colander and grease with dairy butter. Set aside to cool. Wash apples and cut them into thin slices, do not peel the fruits.
Take a big roaster and place half of the prepared apples there. Powder them with sugar, put lazanky above and top them with sugar. The last layer is the remaining apples dredged with sugar. Combine 2 eggs and sunflower oil, whip the mass and pour it above the prepared ingredients. Add sugar above. Cover the lid and cook the mass until the apples are throughly done.
Cool the dish a little and serve with juice, jelly or jam.
Enjoy your meal!
