Loach with horseradish


  • 1 kg of loach
  • 2 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 5 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 2 horseradish roots
  • 3/4 glass of vinegar
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 kg of potato


Scale loaches, wash and cut them into pieces. Roll loach in flour. Fry fish on the sunflower oil. Peel and boil or fry potato. Peel and grate horseradish. Mix it with sunflower oil, sugar and salt. Pour fried loach with this mass. Serve fish with potato.
