Mackerel and Potato Pie under Cheesy Topping

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 6-8 potatoes
  • 1-2 bulb onions
  • 2 mackerel fillets
  • 200 g (7 oz) cheese
  • dairy butter (for greasing)
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • sour cream – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Scale mackerel fillets and cut them into medium pieces. Boil potatoes, peel them and slice into circles. Hard boil eggs, peel and chop them. Grease a baking tray with dairy butter and arrange half of the potato there. Then put the fish. Add the onion and eggs above. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Cover everything with the remaining potato and add grated cheese above. Then grease the mass with sour cream. Bake the pie until golden and crisp.
