Marinated carrots



  • 500 g of carrot
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 15 g of citric acid
  • 4 black eyed peas
  • 1 glass of sugar


Peel and boil carrots until they become semisoft. Slice carrots. Combine water, citric acid, black eyed peas, and sugar. Bring the mass to boil and pour cut carrots with it. Cool the dish and place it in the fridge. Serve marinated carrots with meat and fish.
