Marinated Pork Roast With Apple Rings

  • 2 pork loins
  • 1 big apple
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • thyme
  • red ground pepper
  • black ground pepper
  • parsnip
  • dried garlic
  • paprika
  • salt

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 80 ml balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp thyme

Snick pork loins but not till the end. Make the cuts like "pockets".

Cook marinade. Combine olive oil, thyme, squeezed garlic, and balsamic vinegar. Mix the ingredients properly. Rub the meat with the marinade from every side. Leave it for 1 hour.

Slice bulb onion, fry it on olive oil slightly and then add pepper and salt. Then add 1 tsp of mustard and thyme. Continue to fry the ingredients for 1 minute. Place the cooked mass in the "pockets" and sew the edges of the meat with toothpicks.

Heat sunflower and olive oil till boiling and place the pork there. Fry it on the boiling oil over high heat. Brown cut apples with the meat.

Enjoy your meal!
