Meat salad with ginger



  • 2 chicken breasts without bones
  • 400 g of fresh milk
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 80 g of ginger
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1.5 tbsp of soy sauce
  • sunflower oil
  • salt – to taste


Wash, salt meat and place it in a dish. Pour chicken with milk and leave it in a cold place till morning. Wring out meat. Heat sunflower oil and fry it. Cube chicken. Wash and slice tomatoes. Peel, wash and chop ginger. Combine all ingredients. Add salt, squeezed garlic, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Mix everything properly.
