Melon with black grapes

Ingredients:

  • 1 middle melon
  • 1 glass of black grapes
  • 1 glass of white dry wine
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 1 tsp of gelatin
  • 1 tsp of rum

Cooking

Wash melon, cut off the top, remove the seeds and pour off the juice. Bring to boil wine and sugar, cool slightly. Then add gelatin and bring to boil the wine again. Add rum and mix properly.

Place berries in the melon, pour them with cooked jelly and cool. Mix carefully with a spoon in order to distribute the berries evenly.

Slice melon into portions when the jelly thickens.
