Mushroom pie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg mushrooms
  • 5 eggs
  • 2-3 slices of loaf bread
  • 2 bulb onions
  • milk
  • flour
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste
  • sunflower oil

Cooking

Peel mushrooms and scald them. Cut the mushrooms. Peel, chop bulb onions and fry them on sunflower oil.

Boil 2 eggs and cut them. Deep slices of loaf bread in milk and then squeeze milk.

Combine all ingredients. Add salt, ground black pepper and raw eggs. Mix everything properly.

Cover a baking sheet with oil-paper. Grease it with lard or butter. Place the prepared mixture above and dredge it with flour.

Bake the mushroom pie over medium heat. Turn off the oven after 30-40 minutes.

Tips! You may use dried mushrooms. Boil them and mince. Then add 2 tbsp of flour to the mushrooms.

You can grease the cooked mushroom pie with mayonnaise and decorate it with pickled cucumber slices.
