Mushrooms with tomatoes

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 50 g dairy butter
  • 100 g bulb onion
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • parsley / dill
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Cut fresh mushrooms.  Fry them with finely cut bulb onion. Add cut tomatoes and stew the ingredients. Powder the dish with dill and parsley.
