Honey wine cocktail with lemon


  • 20 g of honey
  • 30 g of natural wine
  • 10 g of mineral water
  • 20 g of ground natural coffee
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • 1/2 of lemon
  • citric acid – to taste
  • almond essence – to taste


Boil ground coffee and cool it. Filter the prepared coffee carefully through a piece of cheesecloth.

Combine sugar and water, boil syrup and cool it. Mix the cooked coffee, syrup, honey, wine, mineral water and stir everything. Add citric acid and almond essence. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Serve the drink with slice of lemon and ice cubes.
