Omelette with salo


  • 8 eggs
  • 100 g of salted pork fat
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • spring onion


Cube salted pork fat. Cut finely bulb onion. Mix milk with eggs, combine all the ingredient in a pan and fry. Decorate with spring onion.
