Ingredients:
Paste
- 1 1/4 glass of flour
- 2 glasses of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 4 tbsp of dairy butter
- salt – to taste
Filling
- 6 carrots
- 60 g of raisins
- 4 tbsp of sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp of dairy butter
- 2 tsp of caster sugar
- 1/2 glass of sour cream
Cooking
Cook thin unleavened dough from eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and milk. Fry pancakes on dairy butter.
Peel and chop carrot. Stew it on dairy butter. Then add sugar, sour cream and raisins. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. Put the filling on the pancakes, roll them up, and put in the oven for 5-6 minutes.
Powder pancakes with caster sugar before serving.
