Pancakes with Cherries

Pancakes are one of life’s little pleasures. Let’s indulge ourselves and our family members. The Pancake week is long, so why not to supplement you menu with a fresh recipe?

Thereto, what can be better than tender pancakes stuffed with juicy cherries? Just a few simple ingredients, combined together, little of your efforts, and fabulous pancakes are done! These pancakes will become an easy and time-saving breakfast which tastes as heavenly as it looks.


  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 700 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • a pinch of vanillin
  • 240 g (8,5 oz) flour
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g (7 oz) frozen cherries


Combine eggs with sugar, salt, and vanillin. Whip the mass until fluffy. Then add milk and continue to beat the mass. Pour vegetable oil above. Add flour gradually and stir the batter carefully. Spoon the batter onto a hot skillet and cook until golden on both sides.

Defrost cherries and stuff the pancakes with the berries. Serve them at once.
