So, if you want to cook an impressive dessert, then these light, tender, and moist pancakes are just what you need.
- 2 eggs
- 1 l (liter) of milk
- 1-1,5 cup of flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- sugar – to taste
- 3 oranges
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dairy butter
- 1 tsp grated ginger root
- 2 tbsp white semi-sweet wine
Combine milk with flour, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix the ingredients carefully and add sugar to your taste. Preheat a frying pan and pour 2-3 tablespoons of the batter on the pan. Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden.
Wash and peel oranges. Then mince the oranges and grate the orange peel. Melt dairy butter. Put the oranges, orange zest, and ginger on the frying pan. Top the ingeredients with sugar and pour white wine. Cook the mass over low heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring it continuously.
Stuff the pancakes with the prepared filling and serve!
