These pancakes are extremely yummy so don’t hesitate and start them cooking right away.
You can serve these pancakes for indulgent breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner or as a quick and easy dessert.
- 5 kiwis
- 800 ml milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2,5 cups of wheat flour
- dairy butter (for frying)
Pour milk in a bowl and preheat the milk. Add salt and sugar. Stir to combine. Pour vegetable oil above. Then add flour gradually. Mix the ingredients properply until you get a smooth batter.
Preheat dairy butter in a frying pan. Drop large spoonsful onto the hot frying pan and cook a pancake until golden. Fry all the pancakes.
Peel kiwis and cut them into medium pieces. Place some amount of kiwi on one side of a pancake. Roll the pancake like a spring roll. Repeat the procedure until you use all the pancakes and kiwi.
