Parsley, Apple, and Banana Smoothie

Lemon juice gives some piquant note to this delicious smoothie which is full of fresh flavors. Parsley comes alive and enhances the taste of an apple and banana. It also adds a powerful dose of minerals and vitamins to the smoothie. Moreover, parsley is a natural detoxifier.

If you have never tried a smoothie with parsley before, then you should give it a shot.


  • 1 apple
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 bunch of parsley


Wash and peel an apple. Remove the core. Slice the apple  and put in a blender jug. Peel a banana, cut it into medium pieces, and add to the blender. Take a lemon and squeeze juice. Wash parsley carefully and cut it finely.

Add the lemon juice and parsley to the blender. Pour water above and whip the ingredients until smooth and creamy. Serve the smoothie at once.
