Paska with chocolate


  • 1 kg curds
  • 1 chocolate bar
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • 100 g dairy butter
  • 1/2 glass of candied fruit


Rub the curds through the sieve twice. Combine it with dairy butter and sour cream. Mix everything properly. Add finely cut candied fruit, grated chocolate, and caster sugar. Mix the ingredients until they get the homogenous color.

Place the mass in the cake basin for baking. Cover the basin with thick cloth beforehand.

Then put the saucer above the basin and lay the jar with water above (you may put some other load above). Put the paska in the fridge for twenty-four hours. Then take out the paska and serve it cooled.
