Pear and cheese salad



  • 2 ripe pears
  • 120 g Roquefort cheese
  • 100 g crushed walnuts
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil (sunflower oil)
  • lettuce leaves


Cut out the cores of the pears and slice the fruits. Cube the cheese. Combine pears, cheese, and crushed walnuts. Sprinkle the ingredients with lemon juice. Add sesame oil and mix the ingredients properly. Decorate the salad with lettuce leaves and serve.
