Pepper appetizer

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bulgarian peppers
  • 100 g cheese
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a bunch of dill (parsley)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • lettuce leaves
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Grate cheese and carrot on the medium grater. Squeeze garlic and chop carrot. Combine the ingredients. Add mayonnaise and salt. Mix everything properly. Cut off the caps of the peppers. Stuff the peppers and put them in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Cut the peppers into slices. Put lettuce leaves on the plate and place the peppers above.
