Pie with apple jam



  • 250 g of margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g of yeast
  • 4 tbsp of milk
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • ground lemon rind
  • flour
  • salt


  • apple jam
  • 100 g of walnuts


Combine all the ingredient and knead the pastry. Divide it into 4 parts. Roll each part into layers. Place one layer on a baking tray, grease it with apple jam, put another layer above, etc.

Whisk 4 whites, add ground walnuts and sugar. Grease the upper layer with this mass. Place pie in a warm place before baking. Bake over medium heat.
