Pie with salo

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of dairy butter
  • 100 g of salo
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 1 glass of flour
  • 1 bunch of spring onion
  • 1/2 glass of cream
  • 6 tbsp of cold boiled water
  • 3 tbsp of grated cheese
  • black ground pepper
  • salt
  • dill / parsley

Cooking

Mix flour with dairy butter, yolk, water, and salt. Knead the dough. Place it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cube salo and bulb onion. Fry them. Chop spring onion, mix it with eggs, cheese, cream, salt, and pepper.

Roll the dough. Grease the baking tray with dairy butter and put the dough there. Place onion and salo above. Pour the pie with egg-cream mass. Bake the pie over medium heat for 15 minutes. Powder it with cut dill / parsley before serving.
