Pike caviar


  • 1 cup of caviar
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • vinegar
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper– to taste


Put fresh pike caviar on a sieve, refine it, and scald with boiling water. Peel and chop a bulb onion, combine it with caviar, sunflower oil, and vinegar. Mix everything carefully. Adjust salt and pepper to your taste. Stir the ingredients again. Transfer the cooked dish to a bowl and leave it in a fridge for 6-8 hours.
