Plum and cherry strudel

Plums and cherries baked in the puff pastry.



  • 250 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 glasses warm water


  • 500 g dried plums / 1 kg cherries (without stones)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g dairy butter / margarine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2-3 tbsp dried breadcrumbs


Combine flour, egg, and warm water. Knead the pastry. Warm it up and dry it.

Soak dried plums in water. Remove the stones and stew the fruits with sugar. Cut the plums and cherries. Fry dried breadcrumbs on the sunflower oil. Powder the fruits with sugar, cinnamon, and dried breadcrumbs.

Shape the roll, place on the baking tray and bake it at 210-220°C for 30 minutes.
