Pork and mushroom pancakes

  • 1 l (liter) milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 g baking powder
  • 30 g sunflower oil
  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g cream (5%)
  • 120 g pork sirloin
  • 100 g ceps
  • 100 g bulb onion
  • salt – to taste

Combine milk, eggs, flour and baking powder. Whip the mass in the mixer. Then add salt and sunflower oil. Place dairy butter on the frying pan and heat it. Fry each pancake on both sides no more than 1 minute.

Cube mushrooms and boil them. Cube bulb onion and pork. Then fry bulb onion until it gets golden color. Add sliced pork and boiled mushrooms. Mix the ingredients and pour them with cream. Stew the dish. Then place the filling on the colander in order to remove the excess fat.

Stuff the pancakes with cooked filling and fry them all over on the sunflower oil.
