Potato and radish salad

This tasty and light salad is for those who want to serve a nourishing breakfast. We use fresh vegetables and the process of cooking includes only boiling, so all the vitamins are preserved. Eat useful food and stay healthy!


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 potatoes
  • 15 radishes
  • 2-3 cucumbers
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • salt – to taste
  • spices – to taste


Peel and boil potatoes in their skins. Cut the potatoes into chunks. Wash radishes, cucumbers and cut them into circles.

Hard boil eggs and cut them into quarters. Wash and chop parsley finely. Rinse lettuce leaves and chop them.

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl. Dress the salad with oil and season it with salt and spices. Stir everything gently. You may serve this salad at once or chill it and eat later.
