- 1 dill twig
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 lemon slices
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tsp dairy butter
- 6,5 tbsp sour cream
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 500 g (1,1 lb) potato
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked salmon
Peel potatoes, place them in a pan and pour with water. Bring the water to boil and cook potatoes over low heat for 20 minutes. Then pour out the water, add dairy butter and mash the potatoes. Stir the mass and add flour gradually. Knead dough until it gets soft consistency. Cover the pan with a lid and place the dough in a fridge for 1 hour.
Dust surface with flour. Roll the dough until you get 1,5 cm thickness. Cut out circles with 7 cm diameter.
Preheat olive oil in a big frying pan. Fry the prepared circles on both sides until golden, about 4 minutes. Cool the circles. Grease them with sour cream and arrange on a plate. Slice smoked salmon and put it above the potato circles. Decorate the appetizer with dill twigs and lemon slices.
