- 4-5 potatoes
- 300-400 g champignons
- 2 bulb onions
- 500 g minced meat
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 200 ml dairy cream
- 100 g cheese
- salt – to taste
- ground black pepper – to taste
- paprika – to taste
- thyme – to taste
Peel potatoes, wash and ring them. Then boil potatoes in slightly salted water for 6 minutes. Peel bulb onions and chop them finely. Peel champignons and dice them. Brown bulb onions slightly and then add champignons. Fry the ingredients for 7-8 minutes. Then add minced meat, salt, ground black pepper, paprika and thyme. Mix and fry the ingredients for 5 minutes more.
Grease a roasting tin with butter. Place minced meat with mushrooms, then potato, then last part of the minced meat there. Put the grated cheese above.
Cook the baked pudding in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
Place finished baked pudding on a platter and top with chopped fresh parsley.
