Cooking

Peel potatoes and grate them. In this recipe the main role plays sauerkraut. That’s why we do not need many potatoes. Wash sauerkraut and stew it if it is tough.

Peel onion and dice it. Slice homemade chicken sausage. Mix potato, onion and sausage.

Place sauerkraut in a big bowl. Add milk, egg and flour. Mix everything properly. Then add the mixture of potato, sausage and onion. Mix the ingredients again. Add salt and pepper.

Heat sunflower oil and butter on a frying pan. Pour the cooked mass in the form of pancakes on the frying pan and fry flapjacks on both sides till crisp.

Place finished potato flapjacks on a platter and top with chopped fresh dill. Serve them with sour cream.
