- 1.5 kg of potato
- 50 g of dried mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp of dried breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp of melted dairy butter
- 50 g of bulb onion
- 20 g of parsley
- 1 glass of mushroom broth
Peel, wash and boil potato until it becomes half cooked. Cut out the cores. Wash dried mushrooms and boil them until they also become half cooked.
Cut mushrooms, add chopped and fried bulb onion, boiled and cut eggs, dried breadcrumbs, finely cut parsley, and salt. Mix the ingredients properly.
Stuff potatoes with the filling. Put them in a deep stewing pan. Pour potatoes with mushroom broth, cover the pan with lid and stew the dish.
