Poured chocolate wafers


  • 150 g flour
  • 1/2 glass milk / cream
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 glass white wine


Grind egg with sugar. Pour the wine and add flour. Dissolve it with milk or cream. Knead the pastry.

Heat the baking pans, grease them with dairy butter and pour the pastry there. Cover the wafers with baking paper and bake them. Then roll the wafers into the “pipes”, stuff them with cream (you may choose anyone) and pour them with hot chocolate.
