Prawn, Sweetcorn & Apple Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 bulb onion
  • 1,5 cup prawns
  • 4 tbsp sweetcorn
  • 1/2 sweet-sour apple
  • parsley – to taste
  • olive oil – to taste

Cooking

Wash vegetables. Peel a carrot, bulb onion, and apple. Cube the ingredients. Hard boil and egg, peel it and chop finely. Boil prawns. Peel, devein and cut them.

Toss all the prepared ingredients gently to combine. Add sweetcorn and thinly sliced tomatoes.

Mix everything properly and drizzle with olive oil. Transfer the salad to serving bowls or goblets and decorate with prawns and parsley twigs.
