- 1 kg of pumpkin
- 1/2 glass of spicy tomato sauce
- 1/4 glass of flour
- 1/4 glass of sunflower oil
- dill / parsley
Peel pumpkin, cut off the seeds. Then cut pumpkin, coat it with flour and fry on the sunflower oil. Pour cooked pumpkin with diluted tomato sauce and stew it for 15 minutes.
Powder pumpkin with cut dill / parsley before serving.
