Pumpkin pilau



  • 500 g of pumpkin
  • 1 glass of boiled rice
  • 0.5 glass of raisins
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 2 tbsp of ground walnuts


Cube pumpkin, add boiled rice, soaked rice, walnuts, and honey. Mix the ingredients and place them in a cassolette. Bake the pilau in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Tip! You can add any other dried fruits instead of raisins.
