Ingredients:
- 500 g of pumpkin
- 1 glass of boiled rice
- 0.5 glass of raisins
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of ground walnuts
Cooking
Cube pumpkin, add boiled rice, soaked rice, walnuts, and honey. Mix the ingredients and place them in a cassolette. Bake the pilau in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
