This kind of pudding can be served as a main dish or as trimmings for meat and fish. In that case you should put less sugar. Simple and creative decoration of the pumpkin pudding will be definitely evaluated by your children.
- 1 kg pumpkin
- 50 g dairy butter
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a slice of sweet pepper
Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Grate the pumpkin and place it on a baking tray. Melt dairy butter slightly. Whip the eggs, add milk and melted dairy butter. Add sugar and salt. Mix the ingredients properly. Pour the grated pumpkin with the prepared mass. Bake the pudding at 200°C.
Then cool it and decorate with parsley and a slice of sweet pepper. Serve the pudding with sour cream.
