Rabbit with rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of rabbit
  • 1 glass of rice
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp of lard
  • 3.5 glass of water

Cooking

Wash rabbit and cut it into pieces. Fry meat on the heated lard. Place rabbit in a deep stewing pan, pour it with hot water. Add slightly fried onion, tomato sauce and well-washed rice. Mix everything properly. Cover the pan and stew the ingredients.

Serve rabbit with vegetables.
