Rolls with salmon and cheese

Rolls are very easy to cook and they are very delicious. Therewith this dish is a perfect variant for a feast table.

Ingredients:

for four

Pancakes

  • 0.250 l (liter) of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp of flour
  • salt – to taste
  • sugar– to taste

Filling

  • 2 tbsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • spices – to taste
  • 150 g of salty salmon
  • 100 g of processed cheese
  • 2 tbsp of cream (30%)
  • 10 g of parsley

Cooking

Salmon

Take filleted fish and rub it with salt, sugar and spices. Leave it in a refrigerator for one night.

Pancakes

On the next day heat milk slightly, add egg, salt and sugar. Mix the ingredients. Then add flour, mix again. The mixture should have no clots. Fry pancakes on sunflower oil. You can fry 4 thin pancakes or 2 thick ones.

Filling

Cut salmon finely. Grate processed cheese and mix with cream and parsley. Put cheese above a pancake, place the slice of salmon above the cheese. Then make roll.

Cut rolls into pieces. The size of pieces should be no more than 1.5 cm. Transfer rolls to a plate. Decorate the dish with parsley.
