Pork rissoles

  • 500 g of pork
  • 80-100 g of salted pork fat
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 2 tbsp of dairy butter/lard
  • 1.5 glass of broth
  • tomato sauce
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste

Cut pork into slices, pound the meat, rub the pork slices with salt and pepper. Then preheat lard or dairy butter in a frying pan and brown the pork slightly. Cube salted pork fat and place it in a deep stewing pan. Put the cooked pork above. Peel bulb onions, chop and fry them. Add the onion to the stewing pan. Pour everything with broth, stir and stew the ingredients.

Transfer the prepared dish to a serving plate. Top it with tomato sauce. Serve the pork rissoles with fresh vegetables.
