Chicken salad with cauliflower


  • 300 g of chicken
  • 2 heads of cauliflower
  • 1 can of green peas
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1/4 glass of mayonnaise
  • salad – to taste
  • fresh lettuce leaves


To cook this salad you can boil of fry chicken – whatever you prefer more. Wash carrots and cauliflower. Cut the heads of cauliflower into florets and place them in a pan. Add the carrots and pour water above. Boil the vegetables until cooked through.

Cut the prepared chicken finely and dice the boiled vegetables. Toss all the ingredients together. Add green peas and mix everything. Dress the salad with mayonnaise properly. Decorate the dish with lettuce leaves and serve.
