Salad “Generous”


  • 500 g Chinese cabbage
  • 2 chicken briskets
  • 400 g champignons
  • 1/2 long loaf
  • 200 g hard cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • 0.7 g sunflower oil
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard


Boil chicken briskets. Cut the meat into large pieces. Peel, sly and fry champignons. Cube the long loaf and dry it on the frying pan slightly. Cube cheese and Chinese cabbage (into strips). Combine these ingredients.

Mix sunflower oil, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and pepper in the blender. Dress the salad with the cooked sauce.
