Ingredients:
- 200 g of curds
- 3 tbsp of sour cream
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 1 walnut kernel
- 1 fresh/ freshly-salted cucumber
- dill
Cooking
Mix curds with sour cream thoroughly. Add ground garlic, salt, dill, sunflower oil, and cubed cucumber. Mix everything again. Place the salad in a fridge for some minutes and serve.
