Salad “tenderness”



  • 500 g potatoes
  • 250 g liver
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 5 eggs
  • sunflower oil
  • mayonnaise
  • culinary plants


Boil potatoes in their skins. Peel and grate the potatoes. Cook the hard-boiled eggs. Boil the liver, slice it and fry slightly on sunflower oil. Peel and chop the carrots and the bulb onions. Fry the ingredients. Form the salad in the layers. Stack the layers on top of each other: first layer – potato, second – liver, third – bulb onion and carrot, forth – grated whites of the egg. Grease each layer with mayonnaise. Top the salad with grated yolks and chopped culinary plants. Place the salad in a fridge for 2 hours.
