Salad with tomatoes and peas



  • 100 g of tomato
  • 40 g of green pea
  • 30 g of bulb onion
  • 10 g of sunflower oil
  • 20 g of vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 5 g of sugar
  • 5 g of dill / parsley
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Soak and boil green pea. Add finely cut onion, sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar, black ground pepper, and salt. Mix everything thoroughly. Place salad in a plate. Decorate it with dill or parsley. Put boiled egg cut in the form of rosette and sliced tomatoes around the plate.
