Salad “Wood grouse’s nest”

 

This salad is an ideal variant for a holiday.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of smoked / boiled chicken
  • 1 can of pickled mushrooms
  • 200 g of fried potato
  • 3 bulb onions
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 150 g of cheese
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 2-3 leaves of lettuce
  • dill / parsley
  • mayonnaise

Cooking

Slice meat finely. Chop onion and fry it slightly. Cube mushrooms and cucumbers. Peel and press garlic. Chop dill or parsley. Boil eggs. Grate whites on a large grater. Grate some cheese on a small grater and some – on a large one. Crumb yolks and mix them with dill / parsley, garlic, some mayonnaise, and cheese grated on a small grater. Shape 3 balls from this mass. If the mass crumble, add mayonnaise.

Put lettuce on the dish. Place meat and grease it with mayonnaise slightly. Then add mushrooms and onion. Make a layer of mayonnaise grid. The next layer is whites and a mayonnaise grid. The last layer consists from cucumbers and cheese. Pour them with mayonnaise. Then add potato. Place parsley twigs and cooked “eggs” in the centre of the salad.

Tip! Serve this salad at once. otherwise potato can soften.
