Salmon rolls


  • 300 g shrimps
  • 200 g pineapple
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g black olives
  • 100 g slightly salted salmon
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • 100 g mayonnaise


Boil shrimps, peel and slice them. Cube pineapple, cucumbers, and boiled eggs. Cut black olives. Combine the ingredients. Dress the mass with mayonnaise and mix everything properly. Slice salmon. Place the slices of salmon on the mat. Put the filling above and roll the slices. Serve the rolls chilled.
