- 1 kg of tomatoes
- 250 g of salo
- 300 g of black bread
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
Warm a frying pan properly. Slice salo and put it on the pan. Fry salo until it gets golden color. Then place salo on a plate. Slice black bread and cut out the crust. Fry bread until it gets golden color. Put it on the plate.
Wash tomatoes and cut them into two parts. Squeeze the juice, powder tomatoes with salt and black ground pepper. Fry them slightly.
Take a dish. Put bread on it. Place salo above the bread. Add tomatoes. Decorate the dish with parsley before serving.
