Scalloped fish


  • 100 g of fish
  • 1 tsp of wheat flour
  • 1 tsp of dairy butter
  • 2 tsp of cheese
  • 200 g of sour cream
  • 1/4 of salt solution
  • salt – to taste


Wash filleted fish, slice it into wide pieces and boil. Then place the fish on the baking tray, pour it with sour cream sauce and melted dairy butter.

Sour cream sauce

Mix sour cream, 1 tbsp of wheat flour and salt. Boil this mass for 5 minutes. Stir the sauce during its boiling!

Powder the fish with grated cheese. Bake it until you see browned crust above. Then decorate the fish with parsley and serve.
