Light salad with seafood


This shrimp, sweet corn, apple, and bell pepper salad will become the winner on any festive table.


  • 150 g sweet corn
  • 150 g green peas
  • 6-8 pickled mushrooms
  • a leek (one stalk)
  • a pickling cucumber
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g royal shrimps steamed in their own juices
  • 1/4 of red sweet pepper
  • some lettuce leaves
  • a parsley twig


  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp hot tomato sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cognac
  • allspice – to taste
  • mustard – to taste


Combine sweet corn, green peas, sliced mushrooms and a finely cut cucumber. Next add chopped sweet pepper and prawns.


Mix peeled and squeezed garlic, allspice, mayonnaise, cream, tomato sauce, olive oil, cognac and mustard.

Dress the salad with the prepared seasoning. Shake the ingredients and then mix them. Place the dish in a fridge for 2 hours.

Wash some lettuce leaves, dry them and tear into little pieces. Then place them in a salad bowl. Add the prepared salad and mix everything carefully. Top the salad with chopped parsley.
