- 2 tbsp water
- 1 bulb onion
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 200 g (7 oz) smoked sausage
- 200 g (7 oz) tinned sweet corn
- 200 g (7 oz) marinated champignons
- mayonnaise – to taste
- a parsley twig
Peel a bulb onion, cut it into circles. Place the onion in a bowl and pour it with vinegar combined with water. Set the onion aside for one hour to let it marinate.
Cube smoked cabbage. Add marinated ceps and sweet corn. Then add the marinated onion. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Top it with chopped parsley and serve.
