Spicy Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 1,5 tsp salt
  • 6 big potatoes
  • a pinch of rosemary
  • 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 25 ml sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp squeezed garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped bulb onion

Cooking

Peel potatoes and cut them into 8 wedges. Grease the potatoes with sunflower oil. Combine breadcrumbs, chopped bulb onion, salt, squeezed garlic, and rosemary. Stir the mass properly and mix it with the cut potatoes. Make sure each wedge is fully coated in the prepared mass of spices.

Grease a baking tray with sunflower oil and arrange the potatoes there. Bake the potatoes until golden and crispy at 200°C (392°F), about 40 minutes.
