Stewed tomatoes and sweet corn



  • 200 g canned corn
  • 3 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 bulb onions
  • 2 tsp dairy butter
  • culinary plants – to taste


Treat tomatoes with boiling water. Peel the tomatoes, cut them in half. Remove the seeds and cut each piece into 6-8 parts.

Peel bulb onions and chop them finely. Saute the bulb onions with dairy butter. Add tomatoes and stew the ingredients for 10-15 minutes.

Open the can with sweet corn and pour out the liquid through the colander. Combine tomatoes and sweet corn. Stew the ingredients for 3-5 minutes. Top the dish with chopped parsley and dill before serving.
